               1) Make quotations and bid proposal:

    Read ITBs (Instructions To Bid), RFQs (Request For Quotation), enquiries from the customers and  prepare all required documents for the bid proposal.

    Support Sales people to contact Suppliers, customers to get necessary information for making quotation.

    Make quotations, Bid Proposals and send/ submit them to customers.

    2) Contract implementation:

    Prepare, handle Contracts, Order from customers. Check all the terms and conditions (Price, delivery, payment,…).

    Contact, negotiate and place PO with Suppliers.

    Follow up delivery, payment with Suppliers and customer. Working closely with suppliers until goods are ready for collection and collect the goods from Supplier and deliver to customers. Notify information accordingly.

    3) Lead the sales support group.

    4) Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

     - Gender: female is preferred, age from 30 - 34

     - University graduated. Prefer candidates graduated from University of Foreign Trade, University of Economics or having knowledge about import/ export, international trade.

     - As least 08 year experiences in the same position. 

     - Dedicated, careful, teamwork mind.

     - Being able to work under high pressure and over time.
